Deltek Vision

A project-based resource management system implemented for an aviation consultancy business. Starting with lead and opportunity managed, through to resource planning, project management and control and on to accounting and financial management. Initially implemented as a Project & Resource Management system, I implemented the CRM modules and automated the process of resource plan and project creation from the Opportunity. Lastly, I implemented the accounting modules to make this system a full ERP system for the consultancy business.
